Yesterday we were able to go to the Brigham City Temple Open House. We were so excited to take Makenna, and she was so excited to go. She loves the temple and has been talking about going for days. We had to park a ways away and got to ride a bus to the temple, and that made the day even more great in the eyes of Makenna.
It was such a good experience and Makenna was absorbing every minute. At the beginning of the tour we watched a short video and she sat upright and watched the whole thing pointing out pictures of Jesus and Pres. Monson. While walking through the temple occasionally I would bend down to tell her something and every time she would say "Shhh mom, be quiet"
It was such a good morning and I'm so glad we could be together as a family!

I love that Makenna loves the temple. I remember seeing a post a while back of you taking her to the temple, just the 2 of you. And now she was excited to go to another one. How sweet and pure!
Looks like a great time! Makenna looks beautiful in her pretty dress!
