Family Pictures

It has been forever since we have had nice family pictures taken. I have wanted to for a long time but with Steve gone while we were trying to move and then moving and getting settled I feel like I haven't had time and didn't know who to ask. But I found out a person in our ward is a photographer so I finally got them scheduled! I love how they turned out! Their is this red barn and stream right by our house and knew it would be the perfect spot for pictures. Caleb was a little stinker in the beginning but then he warmed up!

I sure love our family!!

Game Day

We made it to MSU first home game. The kids and Steve loved it and I told Steve he can take the kids next time and I'll go shopping! OK, I had fun too but am good with just the one game:) Now we need to get some MSU attire.

This was just a random picture of Caleb. He made a wall of protection around him to eat his Oreo's. He is a smart boy because Oreo's definatly need protection in this house!

Labor Day

Labor Day weekend was forecasted to be rainy but we were able to have one more campfire of the season that Friday evening. We packed up some dinner and smores and headed to our favorite spot! It was perfect and it started raining as we were packing up to go home.

First Day of School 2016

We were more than ready for school to start this year. I feel like towards the end of summer all the kids did was fight! We were all ready to have some space and have our own things to do during the day! Makenna started 2 grade this year, I can't believe it. This girl loves school. She says she doesn't but I know she does! She works hard and does her best and she loves the social part of being at school.

She is going to rock this year!!
My Chase started one more year of preschool. With  his birthday so late I felt that waiting one more year was the best for him. Last year in his preschool class he became quite the leader and really developed a lot socially. I was so proud of him and knew that he would benefit being the oldest in his grade rather than the youngest. Also kindergarten is all day here in Montana and I wasn't ready to have my sweet Chase gone all day!:) He loves his preschool class this year and wishes he could go every day!

Chase turns 5!

Chase turned 5 a few weeks ago and I can't believe how fast time goes- how can he be 5?! For his birthday he wanted to have a campfire dinner. We ended up going the day before his birthday because it was suppose to be bad weather and Steve had to go out of town on his birthday. It was so fun spending time outside and doing something we don't do a lot of. We loaded up our dinner and the BB guns and headed to this spot we've found that's great for campfires. Its never busy and has this big open area for playing. The kids love shooting the BB guns at the army men we bring. Caleb even got in on the action this time!

The next day, his actual birthday we had cinnamon rolls for breakfast and opened presents.

That afternoon I took the kids to the movies, ice cream and bowling. I think Chase had a fun birthday!

We sure love our Chase! He is such a good boy. So calm and easy going. He usually is a good listener and does what he's told. He loves playing with friends and being outside. We're so glad he's part of our family. Love you Chase!
