Pumpkin Patch

I love the fall time! We went the pumpkin patch yesterday with the Muhlesteins, even the dads could come which is a rare treat. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time. I think the pictures speak for themselves:)

He is not sad, just being silly:)

Mash and Dash

Makenna had her first dance performance last week. It's called the Mash and Dash but it's like a fall carnival at the park. Makenna did awesome! She was so excited to be up on the stage dancing.

After the dancing was done we walked around and did the activities. They had a bean bag toss, ring toss, pumpkin bowling. Elsa (from Frozen) was there, and you could paint pumpkins. The kids loved it!
Chase is in to pulling funny faces for the camera lately, I think it's pretty funny:)

5 months, a dancer and rice cereal

My little man turned 5 months old last week. I just want  to keep him just like this forever. He just is such a good boy and is so happy and loves being with me. It makes my heart melt when he gives me the biggest grin and kicks his legs so fast when I walk into the same room as him!
I don't think I've mentioned before- he loves to take a bath. He is all smiles as he sits in his little tub getting clean.
His fingers are still in his mouth a lot or he has started to suck on his bottom lip. He has also discovered his tongue and lately has been sticking it in and out like a lizard. He has also started doing this squeal when he is excited.

He has not, however been a good sleeper which makes me so sad because he was doing awesome. He was only getting up once and sometimes had slept through the night. But the past week he has gotten up at least twice to eat and multiple times just wanting his binky. I hope this phase ends quickly!

Makenna started dance last month and has loved it! I love to leave to pick her up a few minutes early so that I can get the parking spot in front of the windows so I can watch without her knowing. I can tell that she enjoys it and is soaking up all those dance moves:)
Just a random picture of the three hooligans watching TV.
In our sleep issue with Caleb I decided maybe it was time for some rice cereal so we broke it out last night. I know that he is ready. He loves to be with us at the table and watches my every bite, he even sometimes starts smacking his lips while we all are eating.

Unfortunately for him it wasn't as good as he was expecting. I love their face when they try something new:)
Hang in their buddy, it gets better!
