UTAH!

The kids and I made a trip to Utah for 10 days in July. We left on a Thursday and came home the next Saturday. It was so much fun and we fit in so many things every day!

 It had been awhile since we've stopped in Idaho Falls on the way to Utah so we decided to stop this time to stretch our legs and enjoy the beautiful river/falls/temple.

 Our first full day in Utah was spent at the Logan Aquatic Center with Misha. Makenna was super brave this year and went down the fast slide and the high dive! Chase spent almost the whole time in the shallow pool playing with the diving toys.

 Saturday we spent the day with my whole family.We went to Willow Park and afterwards hung out at Jared/Laurens for BBQ, playing games. Makenna was so excited to be the older cousin. I warned her that Charlie and Beca wouldn't remember her and would be nervous at first. But it didn't take long before they were holding her hand and playing with the boys!

 Of course Makenna was instantly with Duke as well!

 We were most excited to meet baby Maelie and I could have snuggled her all day!

 

 I also was so excited to see my grandma. It had been a year since I was last able to see her and was so grateful that my dad went and picked her up for the party! I love that we were able to spend the day together as family. I miss seeing them and soaked up the time we were there!

 The Monday of our trip we spent the morning with Lauren. The kids caught bugs, sprinklers and snuggling the baby of course!!

 We also went to Aggie Ice cream

 We were able to check in on grandma/grandpa Jasper.

 We haven't ever taken our kids up on campus so we walked around for a bit. Future Aggies here we come!

 Tuesday we spent the day with the Runhaars. We went to the movies, roller skating/soft play at the Fun Park and just hanging out.

I also was able to quick go to the Brigham City Temple with Chris. Love spending time with the Runhaars!

 Wednesday we spent the day at Aprils house spending time with Aja, LeeAnne, April and Misha. We went swimming and then the kids played all afternoon while us ladies chatted.

 Chase loves spending time with Aprils boys, Josh and Carter. They are all the same age and get along so well.

 We spent Thurs-Sat with the Orton's/Beynon's in Kaysville and had a blast. We went fishing one morning. It was so hot and we didn't catch a fish but the kid's loved it. It's pretty sad that we've lived in Montana for
2 1/2 years and this was my kids first fishing experience.

 We went bowling at Boondocks. Caleb and Evie bowled on their own lane and were so cute together the whole weekend. They were always by each others side!

 Cook out one night with night games after.

 A trip to the trampoline park and the splash pad after! Evie was being so funny at the trampoline park. She wasn't too happy about sharing her time with Caleb with Pearl and kept having mini meltdowns every time Caleb was having fun with Pearl. It was hilarious!

 We love being with the Orton's/Beynons! We had the best time and were sad to come home! I think this was one of the best Utah trips yet!
