Billings

Makenna was able to participate in Youth Sing this year. Kids from all over Montana were able to participate. Only a certain amount of kids could come from each school. Makenna was chosen and put forth a lot of extra work leading up to the performance. She practiced at home and would go during lunch to work with the choir teacher in learning the songs. She worked really hard and then one day all of the kids that were chosen came together to practice all day in Billings and had their concert that night. It was a great experience and Makenna really enjoyed doing it.

The kids had a temple trip the next day so we spent the night in Billings. That evening the Heap's came to swim with us at the hotel.

So glad the weekend worked out and we could go to the temple as well.
