School

Last day of summer, first day of school! We have a tradition of going out for donuts the morning of the last day of summer. My babies are getting so old! Makenna-8th grade, Chase-5th grade and first year of middle school, Caleb-3rd grade. It's going to be a good year.

Heise Camping

One of the highlights of the summer was camping with family at Heise Campground in Idaho! There was a pool right on site which is where we spent most of the day Saturday. We also played some football and the kids went fishing in the river next to us. So much fun!

Chase's Birthday

Chase turns 11! He had a water party with friends here at home with pizza for dinner. He has such good friends and they had a good time. We love our Chase and the person he's becoming!

Birthday!

For my birthday Makenna and I went to pick wildflowers and there were so many pretty flowers.

That night was the Bozeman Rodeo, one of my favorite summer activities.

Races

We made it to the races for kids night. Chase invited Graycen along and they love going down on the track to get candy from the car drivers. Such a fun thing they do.

Lava Lake

We went hiking to Lava Lake with the Hanni's and some of the Powell's. It was raining pretty much the whole way up but then turned into the most beautiful time up at the lake and the rest of the afternoon. I was the only wife that went, good thing I was there too keep everyone in line!

Gallagator Trail

A quick trail walk with the Matthews on the Gallagator trail. The climbing rock at the end is always a hit.
