Father's Day

We're so lucky to have Steve as a husband and father. We hope he felt loved for Father's Day! We let the kids have a sleepover and of course pizza and hot wings for dinner. Steve always gets the biggest hugs and the kids run to him when he gets home for the day. He definatly is the "fun" parent! The kids love building legos with him, throwing the football, playing outside. Whatever Steve is doing, that's what the kids want to be doing too!

Billings Zoo

We were able to go to the Billings Zoo with the Matthews. Caleb and Knox were our designated map readers and we had a great day.

Vacation at home

For vacation this year we were supposed to meet Steve's Minnesota family in North Dakota for a family reunion but because of Covid that got cancelled. Instead we decided that we would go camping for a few days so we made reservations at a campsite and then the forecast for that week was rain-pretty much the whole week! So we had a staycation at home. One of the days we went over to Nevada City to check out the ghost town. We had a great time walking down the streets-got ice cream and did some panning for gold. Even though it wasn't what we had planned it was nice being together.

Kids Camp

Makenna hosted a kids camp in June! SHe wanted to earn some extra money and with the extra time at home she put together a kids camp. It was 4 days/a few hours each day. She had games/activities and snack each day. Water day was a big hit! So proud of her hard work!

Maelie's Birthday

Needing a change in scenery the kids and I went to Logan to celebrate Maelie's birthday. We stayed with Jared/Lauren for the weekend and had a great time. Pheasent egg hunting, cousin time, jump zone, enjoying the warm weather and spending time with family!

End of school Year

We made it through the school year with the last 2 1/2 minths at home online. Makenna had one get together with classmates online. Both Caleb and Chase's teacher came by the house with a gift and Kindergarten graduation was over a google meet. Definitely weird times.
