Fall Break

During Fall Break this year we were dying to come to Utah. Both of my brothers have had babies and we were dying to come meet our new niece and nephew! While we were in Utah we were able to go to the Pumpkin Walk in Logan and it is one of my favorite things, I love the fall. Their are a whole bunch of carved and painted pumpkins and you just walk around looking at everyone else's amazing talents. They also have the wood cutouts that the kids love to stick their faces through. We went with my parents, Andrea, and Lauren came with Charlie! 

 The kids were in love with Charlie and were by his side every chance they got!

Saturday of Fall break we were able to play with the Orton's and the Beynon's! We had lunch at Chick-FilA and afterwards went to Pack's pumpkin patch.

 Their were activities for the kids. They had a giant slide and Conner was so sweet to go down with Caleb- a lot!

 They had a huge box of corn to play in and Conner was chosen to be buried.

 We of course had to go out and find a pumpkin...

 and sit on the tractors!

 It was a beautiful fun, fall day!!

 We were able to be their for Beca's baby blessing too! She is so sweet and Makenna loved holding Beca! My sweet Grandma was able to come to the blessing and it was so good seeing her.

It was a quick trip but so fun to spend it with family. My kids are so excited to have some Pace cousins and they are all the cutest!

Halloween 2016

Halloween is so busy but so fun! On the Thurs before Halloween was Chase's Halloween Party at school and Caleb and I went to go help out. Caleb loved being with the big kids and Chase loved having us there! They decorated cupcakes, made a couple of little crafts and played musical chairs.

Then on that Saturday was the ward Trunk or Treat.

 Then Monday was finally Halloween! Caleb wore his Ninja Turtle costume from last year. It still fit and he didn't like it last year so he didn't even wear it. He loved wearing it this year so it was perfect!

 Chase was Captain America.

 And Makenna was a witch.

Sure love my spooky kids! Happy Halloween!

School Festival and Pumpkin Painting

The school had a Halloween festival one evening and we decided to go check it out. They had this little photo area and face painting. It wasn't the highest quality of face painting but the kids still thought it was cool- Makenna chose a cat face, Chase got a Batman face and Caleb chose not to participate in face painting:) They also had little games they could play in the gym and we came home with a million bouncy balls that the kids won as prizes!

 

 Each of the kids also painted pumpkins this year but all at different times- and I only got pictures of Caleb. Chase did his during nap time one day, Caleb did his on a different afternoon and Makenna painted her pumpkin at Activity Days. Caleb I think enjoyed it the most and took a while doing his, it was great!

On the Saturday before Halloween the boys carved a pumpkin, this year they carved a ghost and it did look pretty cool but I forgot to take a pic! I'm just glad I didn't have to help clean it out this year:)

Girls Weekend

A few weeks ago Chris and I met in Idaho Falls for a girls weekend! I'm so glad we can still do this every year. I love that we do this- I love it, its such a nice break and the kids love spending the weekend with dad and think its a great party when mom is gone:) We met up on Friday afternoon and spent the rest of the weekend getting mani/pedi, movies, out to eat, shopping, massages, Rexburg Temple session and sleeping in. I came home Sunday afternoon and the weekend always goes too fast. Its so great and I sure love spending the weekend with one of my best friends!
