Preschool Singing Program

Today Makenna had a singing program for us parents at preschool today! She did awesome! We are so proud of her. For some reason all of last year she would not get up and do things in front of people. She was fine doing things in preschool class or in her primary class but if it was more then that she wouldn't do it. So doing anything during primary like give the prayer, or help in singing time, going up and singing with the kids in sacrament, her preschool programs last year she would refuse to do it. And then in October when they were practicing for the primary program in sacrament she got so excited and finally did something!!  So today's performance was great:) I just love watching her. She has been singing the songs at home and she knows all the words. 

Towards the end each student got up and said why they love their family and Makenna said, "I love my family because they. love. me." She said the last three words with such emphasis, it warmed my heart.

Treehouse Museum

During Christmas break we met Misha and Kira at our favorite place, The Treehouse Museum! We had a great time and the kids loved it, like always! Although I'm not sure what Makenna and Kira had for breakfast that morning because they were out of control. Usually they play in a section for 15-20min and then move on to another section, not this time. They were running all over the place. Misha and I were exhausted trying to keep track of all three!
