The Past few Weeks

Here's a recap of what's been going on the past few weeks.

We had a family reunion with my family. It was so much fun seeing cousins, aunts, and uncles along with everyone's new additions- it had been a long time and our family sure has grown!

We also had the ward pool party. We were excited to take Makenna because she loves the bath tub however she did not love the pool! She wouldn't even get one toe in the water without her screaming and holding on for dear life. At least the food was good.

My good friend Nikki and her boys also came up for a visit. Thanks for coming Nikki!

I love this picture:) The boys were really into getting their pictures taken

Families are Forever

This weekend we were able to go to the Bountiful temple and see our friends be sealed to their new little boy. It was so fun to spend it with Steve and Marly and their family and be in the temple. I'm so grateful for the sealing power and that families can be together forever- I sure love my family. Thanks Steve and Marly for inviting us!

Me with Tori and Julia- Julia was getting so tired of pictures and not wanting to smile any more but then when she was getting pictures with me she had the biggest grin:)

Not the best picture but they have the cutest family.
While we we're outside taking pictures we saw my aunt and uncle! It was such an odd coincidence since we all were just visiting that we had to take a picture.

4th of July!

We had such a good 4th of July- it's one of my favorite holidays. We went to the Lewiston breakfast and parade with Steve's family and hung out most of the day. Somehow we ended up with 5 boxes of sparklers this year so Steve and I lit them that night after Makenna was in bed instead of going and watching the fireworks- a sleeping baby was much more enjoyable than trying to keep her up and happy, my how our priorities have changed! The sparklers were fun but 5 boxes was a little much. I think for the 24 we decided we'd go buy some more exciting fireworks.
Being so patient in line for breakfast but...

She just couldn't wait any longer for that pancake!

What a good day:)
